Confidence, resilience and leadership development

This programme is ideal for players who are currently in an academy, have previous academy experience, or are striving to earn opportunities within professional or emerging talent pathways.

Our experienced coaches provide individual feedback and create an environment where players are challenged, supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
