Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

All players must be registered and have a completed registration form before attending sessions. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Payments

  • Monthly fees are £65 per child unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made in advance through the agreed payment method.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the child's place being suspended until payment is received.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where sessions are cancelled by Growth development girls .

3. Attendance

Parents should notify the academy as soon as possible if their child is unable to attend a session.

No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.

4. Cancellations

In the event of severe weather, unsafe pitch conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, sessions may be cancelled. Any cancelled sessions will be rescheduled where possible or credited at the academy's discretion.

5. Medical Information

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional needs that may affect their child's participation.

Growth development girls must be informed immediately of any changes to medical information.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians authorise the coaching staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for their child if they cannot be contacted.

7. Behaviour and Conduct

All players are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials.
  • Follow instructions from coaches.
  • Behave in a safe and positive manner.

The Growth development girls reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a player from sessions due to repeated poor behaviour.

8. Parent Conduct

Parents and guardians are expected to:

  • Encourage all players positively.
  • Respect coaches, players, officials, and other parents.
  • Refrain from abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Raise concerns privately with a coach rather than during sessions.

Failure to follow these standards may result in removal from the training environment.

9. Photography and Video

Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Separate consent will be obtained through the registration process.

Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or videos must notify the academy in writing.

10. Personal Property

The academy accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.

11. Liability

Football is a physical sport and participation carries a risk of injury. While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation is at the player's own risk.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.

By registering a child with the academy, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
