Girls Development Programme (U11–U13)
Our Girls Development Programme is designed for players aged U11 to U13 who are passionate about football and want to develop their skills in a fun, challenging and supportive environment.
This programme bridges the gap between grassroots football and higher-level opportunities, helping players build the technical ability, game understanding and confidence needed to progress towards advanced development and elite pathways.
Sessions focus on:
Ball mastery and technical skills
Passing and receiving
Dribbling and 1v1 situations
Shooting and finishing
Game awareness and decision-making
Speed, agility and coordination
Small-sided games to develop confidence and creativity
Our experienced coaches encourage players to express themselves, work hard and enjoy learning, while developing the habits and mindset needed to reach the next level.
